About Me

Jenny’s Story

Jenny’s passion for physical therapy began in 2012 after sustaining serious injuries in a motor vehicle accident. Experiencing rehabilitation firsthand as a patient introduced her to the world of physical therapy and ultimately shaped her academic and professional journey. She earned a Bachelor of Health and Exercise Science from Regis University in Denver, Colorado before relocating to Philadelphia and receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Saint Joseph’s University.

Jenny’s current professional interests include care for geriatrics, amputation and prosthetic rehabilitation, and adaptive sports. In her free time, she loves to travel, hike, and make functional stained glass pieces.

Jenny’s long-term goal is to create a gym space dedicated to helping people stay fit, alongside a studio specializing in adaptive reformer Pilates. She welcomes new ideas, collaborations, and future opportunities, and invites you to reach out if you’d like to be part of the journey.

Work & Volunteer Experience

Physical Therapist at Jefferson Moss-Magee Rehabilitation Hospital

I began my career at the hospital as a rehabilitation aide and later advanced into my role as a Physical Therapist. I am grateful for the four years of opportunity to learn and grow within one of the nation’s leading rehabilitation hospitals, where I benefited from strong mentorship and a collaborative environment. This experience also provided meaningful opportunities to engage in volunteer initiatives and deepen my commitment to patient-centered care.

Physical Therapist at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy

Regional Float Physical Therapist supporting multiple outpatient clinics throughout the Philadelphia region, with additional services in home health care at Ivy. This home health role specializes in post-operative rehabilitation before patients transition to our outpatient clinics for continued recovery.

Volunteer for the Paralympics

I’ve had the privilege of volunteering with the 2026 Milano Cortina Paralympic community, supporting athletes who demonstrated incredible talent in their adaptive sports. This experience helped shape my philosophy that rehabilitation is not just about recovery, it’s about helping each person push beyond their boundaries and continue pursuing the things they love.
